The countdown timer on Far Cry 4’s Steam store page ticked down to zero on the 29th of January, only to be replaced by, “Available: 2015” and then, "Coming soon. PC gamers in Japan are already accustomed to a mediocre gaming experience, but the decision to postpone the release of Far Cry 4 on PC on release day without communicating this publically seems like a particularly egregious bait and switch by Ubisoft Japan.
